Competency and Training Solutions (CTS) is a Kizer Energy service unit with a focus on the delivery of workforce operational readiness for large, complex, CAPEX projects.

CTS possesses an extensive portfolio of competency assessment tools, a fully integrated technical and HSE training portfolio and robust execution model.

Our agile team of professionals has an acute commercial awareness of work processes that can ensure the timely delivery of readiness during each challenging phase of the project.

Additionally, through our dedicated training center ETC, Kizer Energy CTS has over 200 technical training programs in upstream oil and gas, onshore and offshore and in heavy oil.
